Pomegranate(salad)

ELIXIR OF YOUTH

These wonderful sweet – tart seeds of the pomegranate have been at the top of the menu for thousands of years. Especially in the Middle East, where it is used to add a special touch to many dishes. But the juice is also highly prized for their extremely diverse healing and rejuvenating effects.

Because pomegranate seeds have a special variety of substances that have a rejuvenating effect on our skin. At the top of the ranking list is vitamin C, of which the pomegranate is bulging. At the same time, the ingredients of pomegranate supported the formation of collagen in the body, which in turn makes our skin look smooth and toned.

Pomegranate not only stimulates the formation of collagen, by defending it from free radicals, it also protects it at the same time. Thus, pomegranate boosts the elasticity of our skin and our cells responsible for collagen formation – this as a logical conclusion leads to the fact that firstly, fewer wrinkles appear and secondly, the existing ones can be reduced.

These two properties of repairing skin damage and relieving inflammation not only makes pomegranate one of the top anti-aging foods, but also helps with skin problems like acne, which doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with puberty. Since beauty is known to come from within, the pomegranate is also very special when it comes to our intestines – which in turn are the basic foundation of vitality and a healthy and radiant body.

Pomegranate juice is used, among other things, as a treatment for candida (a natural intestinal fungus that can sometimes get out of control), as well as to cleanse our intestines or to prevent troublesome bladder infections. Pomegranate is a delicious way to counteract the natural signs of aging. Be it as a crunchy addition to salad or mother juice. 300 ml of mother juice provides you with the optimal benefits of this magic fruit.
