Our anti-inflammatory smoothie ice cubes are made with pineapple, ginger, mango, turmeric and black pepper – the perfect summer combination. You can make them into smoothies, just put them in your water or infuse tea with them. Super delicious and refreshing they are also as a popsicle.
Instruction
PINEAPPLE - GINGER ICE CUBE
- Peel the ginger and grate finely.
- Peel the pineapple and cut into pieces.
- Finely puree both in a high-powered blender or food processor.
- Fill the ice cube tray with it and put it in the freezer for 4-6 hrs.
MANGO - TURMERIC ICE CUBES
- Peel and finely grate the turmeric.
- Peel the mango and cut into pieces.
- Finely puree both in a high-powered blender or food processor.
- Fill the ice cube tray with it and put it in the freezer for 4-6 hrs.
