What you need
For the salad
- 1 pk wild herb salad
- 1 grapefruit
- ½ Tofu
- 3 tablespoons almond slivers
- 1 carrot
- ½ bell pepper
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp spice mix for tofu
- 2 tablespoons potato starch
- Oil for frying
- 1 pinch salt
For the dressing
- 1 tsp mustard
- ½ tsp agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- juice ½ lemon
- 3 tablespoons oat milk
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- Wash lettuce and dry very well
- Squeeze tofu between paper towels and cut into cubes
- Remove grapfruit flesh, cut sliders in half and add to salad.
- Finely grate the carrot and add to the salad.
- Cut the peppers into fine pieces and add to the salad.
- Toast slivered almonds and set aside.
- Mix tofu with the spice mixture and potato starch until the tofu is completely coated.
- Heat oil and fry the tofu until crispy.
- Mix mustard, tahini, salt, agave syrup, chili flakes, and lemon.
- Mix in the olive oil
- Add the oat milk. The dressing should become slightly liquid. If it’s too thick, just add some more oat milk.
