DENOSTATING SMOOTHY Ice CUBE

EASY TO PREPARE AND ENJOY IN MANY WAYS

Our anti-inflammatory smoothie ice cubes are made with pineapple, ginger, mango, turmeric and black pepper – the perfect summer combination. You can make them into smoothies, just put them in your water or infuse tea with them. Super delicious and refreshing they are also as a popsicle.

You need

Pineapple - ginger ice cubes

Mango - turmeric ice cubes

Ice cube tray

Instruction

PINEAPPLE - GINGER ICE CUBE

  1. Peel the ginger and grate finely.
  2. Peel the pineapple and cut into pieces.
  3. Finely puree both in a high-powered blender or food processor.
  4. Fill the ice cube tray with it and put it in the freezer for 4-6 hrs.

MANGO - TURMERIC ICE CUBES

  1. Peel and finely grate the turmeric.
  2. Peel the mango and cut into pieces.
  3. Finely puree both in a high-powered blender or food processor.
  4. Fill the ice cube tray with it and put it in the freezer for 4-6 hrs.
